Unfortunately, it is not possible to add new items to an already confirmed order. We suggest you check your selection before finalising your purchase to make sure it is complete. If by some oversight you missed it, don’t worry. You always have the option to place a new order and enjoy free shipping.
To use a discount voucher, simply add the product to your cart and then click on the ‘View cart’ button to see the items you have selected. At the bottom of the page, you will find the option to apply your voucher, and the discount will be applied directly to the final price, then all you have to do is complete your purchase!

I have made my purchase
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from the shipping agency with a link to track the status and evolution of your shipment in real time. If you do not receive this email within two working days, we suggest you check your spam folder.
In general, deliveries within the peninsula take 2 to 3 working days. For deliveries within the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 7 working days. Please note that these times are approximate and may vary depending on transport and delivery circumstances. Don’t worry! You can check the status of your order at any time via the tracking link.
If you change your mind, you have 15 calendar days from receipt to return the product. Please contact customer service and provide the necessary documentation. The product must be in its original, unopened condition with all seals, accessories and coupons intact.
The return must be sent postage paid, as shipping costs are not covered in case of withdrawal. Once the product has been received and verified, we will process the refund using the same payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
I have received my order
If you need to cancel your order, we are here to help! Please contact our customer service and provide your order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will proceed to cancel and refund you. If it has already been shipped, we will guide you through the return process.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we recommend that you inform us within 24 hours. This will enable us to handle the incident efficiently. Also, please note that during the warranty period, ZYCLE undertakes to repair or replace any defective product at no cost to you.
At ZYCLE, all of our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from delivery, and if you purchased from 1 January 2022, you have a 3-year warranty in the UK! During this period, we guarantee that any faults or defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
