PURCHASING AND ORDERING POLICY

Purchasing on this website constitutes the user’s agreement to the following conditions that regulate the sale of the products offered on www.zycle.eu .
The formalisation of an order implies full acceptance of these conditions. These conditions of purchase have been set out in advance, in accordance with current legislation.
These general conditions are governed by national law. If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact www.zycle.eu through any of the Customer Service channels.
Order processing: Orders will be processed by Versa Design S.L. and will be processed by the technical means available on this website, once the forms are completed where the customer’s details are requested, a confirmation of the sales contract will be sent to the email address indicated on the form. In the event that at the time of receipt of an order there is no stock available of any of the products ordered, the customer will be offered the possibility of purchasing a similar product, order the item from the supplier, or subtract the amount of that product to your order.
Methods of payment and shipping: Orders will be paid exclusively, and at the customer’s choice, by any of the following means:
- a) Payment by credit card or POS. Payment available for all orders.
The order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
The shipment will be made in an ordinary way by an urgent transport agency, delivered to the customer’s home and has a cost of 0 euros from 80 euros of purchase per shipment. The delivery time is usually 4 or 5 working days to the peninsula for items in stock. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and abroad, shipments will be sent by ordinary mail. The delivery time will be approx. 7 working days.
For deliveries abroad, please consult us because the price depends on the weight and volume of the purchase and the country of destination.
Versa Design S.L. will be released from the fulfilment of its delivery obligations and declines all responsibility in the following cases:
- a) Total or partial non-payment by the customer of the order, except in the case of cash on delivery.
- b) Omission or inaccuracy of the information to be provided by the customer in the order. In the event that a shipment is returned for this reason, the customer, if still interested in the order, will have to pay the shipping costs again.
Claims/Returns: The customer will be able to claim in case of a defective item, the manufacturer will be informed of its responsibility and after its valuation (in case there are doubts) Versa Design S.L. will replace it without any cost being limited, in any case, the responsibility of Versa Design S.L.; to this replacement.
The customer has 15 days to examine their purchase and if they do not want it, return it postage paid and the amount will be refunded. If the order, being superior to a stipulated amount, has been sent without shipping costs, these costs will be discounted from the refund in the event that the total of the purchase after subtracting the amount of the returned item is less than the amount set as free shipping (10 euros in all shipments).
The date of the order confirmation sent to the customer will be used to calculate the 7-day period. To do so, the customer must contact Versa Design S.L. through any of the Customer Service channels. Returns will not be accepted if they have not been notified to Versa Design S.L. at hello@zycle.eu. Once the return has been communicated and accepted, the articles must arrive at our warehouse within a period of no more than 15 days.
Returned items must arrive in perfect condition (correctly folded, in their original undamaged packaging, etc.). The customer undertakes to ensure that this is the case by making every effort to ensure that the returned goods reach us in the same condition in which they were received.
To this end, when you inform us of your decision to return an item, we will inform you in particular of how to proceed so that the item is returned to us in perfect condition for resale. In the event that these instructions are not respected and the item and/or its packaging arrives damaged, Versa Design S.L. will deduct from the amount to be deducted the costs caused by the damage of the item or the costs generated by the repackaging and management of this.
Returns of customised material will not be accepted either.

RESPONSABLE reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who carry out any kind of act that could be considered as manipulation or falsification of the prize draw.
RESPONSABLE is exempt from any liability for damages that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the application through which participation in the promotion takes place, to the defrauding of the usefulness that users may have attributed to it and to the access to the different pages and sending of participation responses via the Internet.
