These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (GTCC) explain how the purchase of products on our website works: www.zycle.eu. ZYCLE is a registered trademark of VERSA DESIGN S.L., a Spanish company with NIF B64995640, located at Carrer Mitgera 19, 46560 Massalfassar, Valencia.
By making a purchase on www.zycle.eu, you accept our GTCC and commit to complying with them. We recommend reading them before making a purchase. The GTCC may change without prior notice, but they will always be available for review on the website. By completing your order, you agree to the price and conditions at the time.
Once the order is placed, the purchase is formalized with all legal guarantees for the user. ZYCLE reserves the right to suspend access to the website if any breach of the GTCC or cases of fraud are detected.
How to Place an Order
When you complete your purchase on ZYCLE (after entering your personal and payment details), we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided, which will be considered as the sales contract. If the product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and offer you the option to choose a similar item or request a refund of the amount paid. If there is a price difference, we will either refund you or request the additional payment, as applicable.
Payment Methods
We offer various payment methods to ensure your convenience during the purchasing process:

- PayPal: This platform facilitates online payments, allowing secure transfers without the need to share bank details.

Shipping
We ship to Spain and the European Union. Delivery time for shipments within the peninsula is typically 2 to 3 business days. For shipments to the European Union, the delivery time is 6 to 7 business days. These times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier. You can check the status of your order at any time through the tracking link. If you receive a product damaged during transportation, we recommend contacting us within the first 24 hours so that we can handle the issue with the shipping company.
Shipping Costs
Shipping for our products is free. You can receive your products without any extra cost, as all our shipments are completely free. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have up to 15 calendar days from the receipt of the goods to request a return.
To process this request, we ask you to contact our customer service and provide the required documentation. It is important that the goods are returned in their original condition, unopened, with seals and packaging intact, including all accessories and unused coupons.
We appreciate you taking the necessary precautions to ensure that the product reaches us in the same condition as you received it, taking care of its packaging and protection during shipment.
The return shipment must be made with shipping costs prepaid. Please note that in the case of a return due to a change of mind, the shipping costs will not be covered by the company, and the customer will bear these costs when requesting a refund.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the requirements, we will process the refund of the amount through the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on the policies of your bank or the chosen payment method.
Warranty Terms
The ZYCLE warranty is governed in accordance with the provisions of articles 114 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In accordance with current legislation, the warranty period is 2 years from the delivery of the product (purchases made after 1 January 2022 have 3 years in Spain). All products delivered by ZYCLE comply with the contract.
During the warranty period, if your product is faulty or defective, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excessive moisture, insects, improper packaging, lightning, power surges, tampering, alteration or unauthorised modifications.
Repairs made under warranty do not modify the duration of the warranty. In the case of out-of-warranty repairs, the parts or components that are replaced are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of repair, although this guarantee does not cover transport costs or necessary labour.
