Holder and general terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions – hereinafter referred to as GTC – regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.zycle.eu. ZYCLE is a trademark owned by VERSA DESIGN S.L, a Spanish company, with NIF B64995640, and located at Carrer Mitgera 19, 46560 Massalfassar, Valencia.

Users who make purchases on www.zycle.eu fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.

It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.zycle.eu.

ZYCLE reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC are always accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, the placing of the order by filling in the purchase form implies conformity with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that particular moment.

Once the order has been formalised, the purchase shall be understood to be fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions shall be contractual in nature and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties.

ZYCLE reserves the right to refuse and/or suspend access to the services provided on www.zycle.eu for reasons of breach of contractual good faith, breach of applicable legislation, of these GTC and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.

Order processing

Orders will be processed by ZYCLE and will be processed by the technical means provided on this website. Once the customer completes the forms with the necessary data, a confirmation of the sales contract will be sent to the email address provided on the form.

In the event that at the time of receiving an order there is no stock available of any of the products ordered, the customer will be offered the option of purchasing a similar product, paying the corresponding difference, or requesting a refund of the amount paid.

Method of payment

Our main payment methods are as follows:

  • PayPal

Shipping

The order will be processed once payment has been confirmed. The shipment will be made by ordinary means by a transport agency with delivery to the address indicated by the customer.

If the total cost of the purchase exceeds a value of 80€ (VAT included) the delivery of the products will be totally free of charge.

Otherwise, the shipping cost will be charged to the total purchase price.

The delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days for deliveries within the Iberian Peninsula. For deliveries within the European Union the delivery time can be extended to 6 or 7 working days. Once the purchase has been completed, a link will be provided to the customer where they will be able to view the progress of the delivery of their products.

In case of receiving a product damaged by transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way it is advisable to leave a record to the transport company.

ZYCLE shall be released from its obligations to deliver and disclaims all liability in the following cases:

  • Total or partial non-payment by the customer of the order.
  • Omission or inaccuracy of the information to be provided by the customer in the order. In the event that a shipment is returned for this reason, the customer, if still interested in the order, will have to pay the shipping costs again.

Cancellation policy

In our online shop, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We recognise that sometimes the need to withdraw from a purchase may arise.

According to the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) any customer has the right to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In accordance with current legislation, you can proceed to cancel the contract without the need to justify such a decision and without penalty of any kind, within 15 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, it will be necessary to contact our customer service department and provide all the documentation requested.

All goods must be returned in their original condition. The product must not have been opened and must have the original seals intact, and therefore the various accessories and unredeemed coupons.

The customer undertakes to guarantee that the return reaches us in the same state in which the product was received, taking all necessary measures to ensure its care during the shipping process.

The return of the product will be made carriage paid. It is important to note that we do not assume the shipping costs in the case of a return due to purchase withdrawal when the customer requests a refund of the money.

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the aforementioned conditions, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the product using the same payment method used in the original purchase. The term for the refund may vary depending on the policies of your bank or payment method.

Warranty conditions

In accordance with the provisions of articles 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all the products delivered by Zycle must be in accordance with the contract entered into, with Zycle responding to the User for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of 2 years from the delivery of the product. (Purchases made from January 1, 2022 have 3 years in Spain).

During the time in which the guarantee is extended, Zycle guarantees that in the event of any failure or defect in any of its products, the repair or replacement of any component will be carried out without the customer having to pay any amount for it.

Repairs carried out under warranty do not modify its duration.

Defects resulting from improper or unreasonable maintenance or use are not covered by the warranty; accidents, excess humidity, insects, inappropriate packaging, lightning, power surges, manipulation, alteration or unauthorized modifications.

In the case of non-warranty repairs carried out by Zycle, the parts, or components, replaced have a 6-month warranty from the date of repair. This warranty on parts does not include transportation or necessary work.
